Toonz Animation India Pvt Ltd one of the pioneers in the animation industry in association with the animation industry portal animationxpress.com is organizing a series of nationwide sessions focusing on the concept development in animation. Christened “Framing a Twisted Tale” the sessions will be handled by the charismatic Prosenjit Ganguly, Director, Special Projects, Toonz Animation.  PJ as he is fondly called has over 15 years of experience in animation and successfully pitched the winning entry from Toonz Animation at the last years NASSCOM Super pitch. The sessions shall be organized by Toonz Academy, the training division of Toonz Animation. The sessions aspire to bring out a realization of the presence of a performer inside each of us. “ We locate the elements that make our days tireless and our profession much, much more than 'just a job'. There are no notes to be taken, no power points to gaze at, and no pie-charts that talk of industrial growth” is how PJ likes to put it. 

 Some elements that would be covered in the sessions include

● Why me? Scanning the mind frames of animation film professionals.
● The story behind the tales- the animation writer.
● Watching, seeing and looking- the observer’s story.
● Refusing to Reuse – Thinking original.
● The art of performance!
● Not just a profession- a legitimate obsession!
● Learning, teaching and continuing to learn.
● Living life filmsized!
